Going Going...

....... hurry before they are gone and gone forever :0(

Queen Ladybug has decided to extend the closing down sale due
to her absence during September and October.

Kerry has designed and had some beautiful cling and digi stamps created over the years and it will be a very sad day when the doors finally close  (28th October) and our wings are hung up -
so don't miss this opportunity to purchase some of these fantabulous stamps before it's too late.

Share the news with all your crafty friends - great idea for a Secret Santa gift, Stocking fillers or simply because you can!

My card today is using Bride Nikki - such a stunning stamp and I nearly always use this on my wedding cards as it's so simple but classy too...

Share the banner on your blog and let's see Kerry close the doors with a bang!!

Happy 21st Hannah

What a beautiful day we have had today - the sun was shining very cold but gorgeous.
I'm suffering with Bronchitis again - think it's due to walking in the damp last week
and it's got on my chest :0(
Lewis and Eleanor were off school yesterday, a teacher's inset day, so we took them into Manchester watched the new Sandra Bullock movie 'Gravity' at the iMax in 3D - it's the closest I'm ever going to get to going into space - crikey I felt like we were there !!!
We went out for dinner and then had a mooch round the Christmas markets - it was a lovely day and made me realise how much I'd enjoy a 3 day weekend every week !!!

Okay - onto my card - yet a new embossing folder.....and some stunnalicious Kanban glitter card - did I tell you how stunning it is......gorgeous.
Winestool Nikki looks beautiful in green - love it !!

Thank you so much for stopping by.....

Happy 50th Birthday

Today Eleanor and I  went into Manchester and true girlie style we shopped until we dropped !!
The boys had a great time paint balling but John can barely move tonight.

I was asked to make a 50th card for a friend - and this is what I made.

I used the LCI image 'Martini Nikki' - stunning isn't she ??
The papers are from my old Stampin' Up stock which I still love., the beautiful pearls are from Hobby House.

I'd like to enter the following challenges

New Month and New Challenge

I still can't believe it is October - where on earth did our Summer go -
I must be getting old as weeks are flying by.

Today there is a brand spanking new challenge at LCI and
it is gorgeous Julie's turn to hostess the challenge and she has chosen

' Paper Piercing and/or Stitching (Real or Faux)'

I have used 'Handbag Nikki' today - isn't she gorgeous.

I embossed the card front with a new De'sire embossing folder - my stitching went a bit haywire as Celeste my Burmese cat decided to help !!!

Hope you enjoy the challenge and look forward to seeing your entries on the challenge blog.

Don't forget to visit all the bugs and leave some ladybug love.

Hellooooooo

My friend who emigrated to Australia in 2009 came home to visit a couple of weeks ago - we had a lovely catch up and made me realise how much I missed her.

It will be her birthday this month so I made her a card to take home with her.......
How gorgeous is this digital stamp - Martini Nikki

Well - you never guess what ?!?!

..... hello everyone !!

What a week I have had - Lewis has been at a cricket course this week - he has been on it for the past 3 years - last year he broke his finger which was the excitement of the week BUT nothing beats what happened this week !!
Andrew Flintoff's sons were on the same course - and yes Andrew visited each and every day and helped with the course - Lewis was thrilled (and so was I !!!) but that's not the end of the excitement - on Wednesday when I went to collect Lewis, Andrew was searching in  his bag for something, so casually after asking for a photograph, I asked him had he lost something - yes he had - his wedding ring !! After searching high low and level on the cricket field for nearly 40 minutes - along with the coaches, 3 mums and about 8 children - I asked Andrew if we could look in his bag !!! - and he said 'Feel free !!'  - and yes there it was at the bottom of his bag - the coaches had 'searched' the bag countless times - he was thrilled and to be honest I felt quite good too !!!!

A photo collage including Flintoff looking in his bag for his ring !!!!

Now onto my card .......

using a gorgeous Ladybug crafts Nikki digi stamp  coloured in with Promarkers
