- my image is called 'Hot Water Bottle Billie' which I coloured using Spectrum Noir pencils.

The notepad die is from Clearly Besotted Stamps and the DP a digi pack from Etsy.

The Ladybugs are taking a Summer break so this will be our last challenge until 2nd September when we will be back with some news for you.

I am not a fan of photo inspiration challenges as I never know whether to 

choose the colours, image etc, so on the safe side I tend to stick to the colours.

Mid-Challenge Reminder

Well another week over and another week closer to Christmas - did I actually just say that ??

My card today is for my Nephew's girlfriend - I haven't coloured 'Swing Billie' before and must 

admit I loved it.

When I went to brush the background the blue was a lot darker than I wanted it to be but looking at the card as a whole it doesn't look too bad.

Week 3 Colour Challenge

Morning everyone....

 

Had a busy day yesterday - got up early and caught the train to London for a girlie treat - Eleanor and I went with Anne and Isabelle, my friend and her daughter. We went on the train - shopped until we dropped - had lunch at Covent Gardens - shopped again and then caught the train home.....it was fabulicious !!

 

Today is the third week at Ladybugcraftsink

'Colour Challenge'

 

I am slowly running out of papers that match this colour combination -  today I have used another Stampin' Up paper and guess what - coloured Billie Bunting in blue !!!

Week 2 Colour Challenge.....

 

Three weeks of the summer holidays already gone - I can already feel the butterflies in my stomach anticipating the new school year.......sorry not like most Mums - I'd much rather have mine here at home with me.

 

We spent a couple of days in Anglesey last week - catching up on family life - sometimes I forget what it's like with John away so much.....we had a fantabulous time just wish we had stayed longer.

 

 

Anyway on to my card for week 2 of the

 

'Colour Challenge'

 

I used the same digital image as last week but coloured Billie in pink.

The papers are brand new from Stampin' Up - super cute and ideal for this challenge.

Colour Challenge

Hello to you all !!!

 

I had an amazing weekend I went to the Edinburgh Tattoo with my special friend Jane

- we laughed so much and the Tattoo was amazing.

BUT you never guess who I 'bumped' into..............

 

 

 

 

our very own and bestest Queen Ladybug Kerry- we had a lovely lunch, fantabulous chat and was gutted when time went by so quickly.....can't wait until next time.

 

Onto our new exciting colour challenge at LCI this month

When I saw the colours I didn't know where to begin but then spotted this paper in my digital paper file and knew it would be perfect ;0)

Happy 1st birthday....

Hello and welcome to my new followers - I will visit your blogs very soon ;0)

A very quick one today - have been visiting my Dad who is undergoing Chemotherapy and although he has been a fantastic patient - he is struggling this week.....

My card is very clean and simple - using another image from the LCI Through The Ages release - Billie is one (flowers) coloured in with my Promarkers and then flittered !!!

Midway Reminder....

Morning Everyone - just a quick reminder that it's midway for the

I was introduced to this Sizzix die by Julie Ladybug - and absolutely love it I have made a card using this before but decided for this one to make it smaller and just love the result.

I purchased some Stampendous Embossing Enamel and I sprinkled the  entire card with it and think it looks lovely.
