Spring

Hi all - a quick card from me today.

I made this card for the All Dressed Up - Spring
- the papers are from Nitwits - I just love the colours.
The fimo flowers have been in my stash for so long but thought I would dust them
down and use them on this card.

Hope you have enjoyed your Good Friday - and that you have a lovely long weekend.

Eight Decades

Hopefully I am well on the road to recovery - was diagnosed with acute Bronchitis AGAIN and the medication they gave me wiped me out and ended up having an afternoon nap every day !!!

Lewis and Eleanor go back to school tomorrow and I will miss them soooo much but will give me chance to get back into routine. John is hoping to stay home this week so that I can still take it easy.

My card today was made for a lady who I regularly make cards for and as soon as she asked for an eightieth card I knew what image I would be using......
Ladybug crafts ink Through the Ages perfect for the occasion.

Floral Delight Too Release and Challenge

I hope you enjoyed the Bingo Challenge - do check over at the challenge blog to see if you are one of our lucky winners......

Today's challenge is from our lovely bug Julie - her challenge is an easy one for most of us  'include Flowers and Embossing'- can be dry embossing, heat embossing whatever you wish.....

My card has been made with one of the new digi 'Floral Delights Too' release - which are available from here today.

Isn't it just fabulous ?!?!  It is my sister's anniversary on Bonfire night so I thought I would make the card for her.....

I glossy accented the bottle and a few 'dew' drops on the roses - glamour dusted the champagne and the cupcakes......added a bling or two and added a computer sentiment.

a closer view - you really can't appreciate the glitter and glamour - need lessons on photography I think .....

Girls Girls Girls

Happy Weekend to all my blogging friends.......and the sun is shining :0)

Plans to make a large dent in making my Christmas cards and tidying the garden whilst it's dry.....John goes away on Monday for two weeks and my goal is to have finished all Christmas cards by then - which will give me a clean slate when I take orders.....wish me luck !!

My card today was for Eleanor's BFF Charlotte - she turned twelve last weekend - which is bizarre as Eleanor not long ago only turned eleven...

The backing paper is from Nitwits and my gorgeous webbed ribbon from Australia. The image is from LCI - and yes 60% is still off ALL cling stamps - be quick !! Coloured in using Promarkers, MFT die rolled flower made with felt from LCI. The nestie is from Spellbinders.....

Long time .....

I have got so many stamps that don't see the light of day - it's ridiculous....so when I was asked to make a card for a friend's daughter I decided to dust down one of my stamps that hasn't seen the light for a long time.....LCI Cupcake Cutie....which was quite fitting as my friend makes cakes for a living.....

The backing paper is from Nitwits - I just love their papers. The ribbon is one one I found in my stash which I bought ages and ages ago from a little company called Tapestry of Delights.....the nestie is one of my purchases from a craft show I went to whilst I was in Australia - it is gorgeous....

A paper pieced cupcake wrapper and dress - can you believe I hadn't paper pieced up until joining LCI - now I love it !! Lots of pink and lots of glitter just what a 6 year old little girl needs....

Where on earth did that last two weeks go ??

I hope you enjoyed the Blog Hop - do check over at the challenge blog to see if you are one of our lucky winners......

Today's challenge is 'Bingo with a Twist' - the twist being pink.....

Take any line you wish and enter your creations during the next two weeks on the challenge blog...

Die Cuts
Pink Gems
Butterflies
Pink Ribbon
Stitching
Pink Buttons
Swirls
Pink Flowers
Lace

My card I have used one of the 'new' Nikki digi stamps - well not truly new but new to the digi world...Slobbing Nikki

I followed the middle line : Pink Ribbon, Stitching and Pink Buttons

The backing paper is from Nitwits collections, the ribbon and buttons from LCI, a gorgeous Spellbinders nestie, computer generated sentiment punched with my SU punch.....and it's a shame you can't see the stitching clearly it is a new one I found on eBay - Gutermann Sulky - totally stunnalicious.

Nikki was coloured in using my Promarkers, paper pieced the sofa, her turban was 'fun flocked' to give it a fluffy towel look.....and her slippers were glitzed and glamoured with Glamour Dust.
