Festive Wreath

Hope everyone is having a good weekend!

I have collected, hopefully, the last of the leaves from my garden today, cooked a roast as John leaves for the week tomorrow afternoon  and now sat with

a well deserved drink catching up on Graceland!!

My card today is for the challenge at Less is More

I have used a JOFY stamp and sentiment which I paper pieced, flittered and added lots of pearls and bling, I then fine-lined by hand the border.

I'm really pleased with the outcome I may even try in a different colour ;0)

Snowflakes are Winter's butterflies

I absolutely love this sentiment from Uniko Studio 

and have decided to use it for the new challenge 'Christmas'

I have used the stamp set 'Stunning Snowflakes' and

stamped in variations of pink and purple then added a pearl in the centre of each one.

Just dropping by today with my card for

Clearly Besotted ~ Autumn/Halloween Theme

Lexi's Creations ~ Autumn Colours

As soon as I saw this challenge an autumnal coloured wreath jumped to mind.

I took one of the flowers from the Flower Arrangement set stamped it in various colours in a circle, added a bow made out of my oldie but goldie Stampin' Up Old Olive ribbon and finished it off with a 

Clearly Besotted sentiment and Hobby House pearls.

Happy 70th Mum

Today is my Mum's 70th birthday - unfortunately both my Mum and Dad aren't very well at the moment so we were unable to 'celebrate' but we did get together yesterday which was nice.

Here is the first card I made from John and I - I will be back later in the week with the card from Lewis and Eleanor.

Beautiful image - and soooo lovely to colour.

Cadbury Butterflies...

I'm such a bad blogger at the moment - I haven't been leaving comments although I have been taking a look at all the lovely creations in blogland. Life sometimes doesn't always allow you to do the little things....sorry.

WOW at LCI Midway reminder

Happy Tuesday !!

Today is my wedding anniversary but John is away on business and I'll probably spend the morning in yoga and take Lewis to a drum lesson after school....ho hum what happened to the days of wining and dining.

Lewis went off to France last night - a 16 hour overnight coach trip - eek !!!

Glad I'm not one of the teachers on that coach !!!

Today's card was an order - I used LCI Killer Heels Rose - I think out of this

 particular release this was my favourite.....

Killer Heels CAS card

I have a three day weekend as Lewis and Eleanor have a teacher training day on Monday - yeah !!!!

Today's card is very basic and simple - but I love both the image- a true favourite LCI Killers Heels - Leopard and the DP , which I found on Etsy.

Teddy Bea Mum

 teamed with a Pink Petticoat DP and added Hobby House self adhesive pearls.
