Wasn't she just stunning......

I'm sure like me many of you were glued to the television on Friday - and then the highlights and then the glossy magazines - just to relive the day......

My daughter was so excited she didn't sleep the night before and had set her alarm for 8am - if only she'd slept until then. At 5am she came into our room and asked could she start watching the coverage !!

When Kate arrived at the church I shed a tear and couldn't believe how natural she looked and how she took the whole day in her stride......I wish we could all  take a leaf out of her book.

After 'the kiss' we travelled down to my MILs who we found in a mess - her left leg was so huge it looked like she had a plaster cast on it.
To cut a long story short she has now been admitted into Maidstone Hospital where they discovered she had blood poisoning - she needed instant IV antibiotics as the oral ones hadn't even touched the infection in her legs and two full blood transfusions. Today she had a CT scan to see if the chemotherapy was working - we will learn more towards the end of the week - but they did see that the IV antibiotic was having no effect whatsoever so have moved it into her arm....I pray that my wonderful MIL doesn't suffer as not once during this horrendous time has she complained and remains 'cheerful'.

On a brighter note I made Ladybugcraftsink top 3 - I was amazed and am still in shock - thank you so much Kerry and team :-) - it really really did make my day - so much so I took myself into my craft room and decided to enter into this weeks challenge too !!

Here is my creation for this weeks LCI challenge - Going Dotty - I used one of the new stamps - hope you like it as much as I love the stamp....
