First let me apologise for my bad blogging - hopefully things will calm down at home soon and I will get back to normal.

Today I have used Bucket of Roses - I tried it with lots of backing papers but settled with plain white card and embossed it which I'm pleased with.

Ruby goes digi.....

Good morning to all my lovely followers......

 

Today is my 13th wedding anniversary but John has had to go away for two weeks - not round the corner neither - all the way to Brazil. We did have a lovely lunch out yesterday but it's not quite the same as not having him here today.

 

My card today is LCI Swing Ruby which has finally made it to digi - Yey !!!

Isn't she just gorgeous.

Eight Decades

 

Hopefully I am well on the road to recovery - was diagnosed with acute Bronchitis AGAIN and the medication they gave me wiped me out and ended up having an afternoon nap every day !!!

 

Lewis and Eleanor go back to school tomorrow and I will miss them soooo much but will give me chance to get back into routine. John is hoping to stay home this week so that I can still take it easy.

 

My card today was made for a lady who I regularly make cards for and as soon as she asked for an eightieth card I knew what image I would be using......

Good Morning - John has taken this week as holiday but was up

at the crack of dawn to do some work - does this sound familiar ?!?!

 

I enjoyed making this card and loved how all the blues worked together....the image is from Meljens Design.

Lost

Lost my mojo, lost my voice - I wonder if they've gone somewhere together !!

 

My card today was inspired by a card I saw on Pinterest but stupidly didn't repin and now can't find it again....

 

Ideal card to use the bits of paper you have hanging around your craft room....and CAS for a man.

LCI Mid-Challenge Reminder

Good Morning !!

 

Just a quick one today - another chest infection and now a head cold has totally knocked me for six.

 

Don't you think the new images from LCI are totally adorable - haven't got a favourite just love them all.

 

Today I have used Knitting Billie which is available in store

at £1.75

 

I have used Pink Petticoat DP and Spellbinders Decorative labels 8 - coloured Billie Bear in with Promarkers and added a bow with ribbon from my stash.

Happy 49 years Mum & Dad.....

Forty nine years - wow seems forever !! My Mum and Dad won't be celebrating this year as my Dad isn't well - he's now had his third session of chemotherapy and unfortunately the side effects aren't very nice.

 

My card is very simple and I'm so sorry but can't remember where I bought the image from.......which I paper pieced with some digital paper I purchased from Etsy some time ago.
