It's Friday again and a lovely weekend ahead - John has organised a surprise trip for us all to Edinburgh. I have no idea where we are staying but know that I am having an hour long massage on Sunday morning.....it's my birthday treat.
As some of my blogging friends know I lost my MIL last year on my birthday - so this week has been quite tough for us all. On top of this my Dad was diagnosed with Cancer, two weeks before Christmas - he had the tumour removed last Friday and this week has been a rollercoaster for him.....I've been ill with a chest infection all week and am unable to visit him so a weekend away is just what the Doctor ordered.
My friend's son shares his birthday with me and I put my new found technique into practice......I'm really impressed !!

Oh dear Susan sounds like you have had a horrendous time - a mini break to Edinburgh sounds like just what the doctor ordered! Hope your Dad is ok. Your card is fab and perfect for a 10 year old lad, such a difficult one to make cards for! Enjoy your weekend and massage sounds like you need it xx
