My card I have used one of the 'new' Nikki digi stamps - well not truly new but new to the digi world...Slobbing Nikki

I followed the middle line : Pink Ribbon, Stitching and Pink Buttons

The backing paper is from Nitwits collections, the ribbon and buttons from LCI, a gorgeous Spellbinders nestie, computer generated sentiment punched with my SU punch.....and it's a shame you can't see the stitching clearly it is a new one I found on eBay - Gutermann Sulky - totally stunnalicious.

Nikki was coloured in using my Promarkers, paper pieced the sofa, her turban was 'fun flocked' to give it a fluffy towel look.....and her slippers were glitzed and glamoured with Glamour Dust.

Feeding Missy....

My good friend Jane has gone to London for a girly weekend (where was my invite ???!!!)  and I have been left with cat duties. Missy is insulin dependant so it's quite important she gets fed and injected at the right time-ish - so Saturday morning and I'm up and out by 9.00 - totally unheard of for me.....but this morning I feel like I've had a full day already !!

My card today is very clean and simple - a friend asked for a understated birthday card for a new neighbour's daughter.....my card fit the bill and she was extremely pleased with it.

The balloons were punched out on scrap paper I had left over......joined together with a tiny bit of jute twine and diamantes between each . I thought the green and lilac looked lovely together......

'Fore' you

 

How cold is it outside ......absolutely freezing.

 

John returned home this afternoon from Kentucky and said how warm it was - and he's off to San Francisco on Monday for the week.....so not fair.

 

Today's card was for a friend's husband who is a keen golfer - love this simple image from Digistamp Boutique, coloured in with my promarkers.,the backing paper is from Nitwits.

Naming Ceremony

Well the sun shone today and was quite nice when the clouds weren't blocking it .....but tonight there is a definite nip in the air....and how early did it go dark..!!

Today's card is a clean and simple naming ceremony card for a boy....the sentiment was computer generated and the stars are the tiniest star nestie....a few gems and a little stitching and here it is.....

Mojo on it's way back :0)

 

I think I left my mojo in Australia but it's finally come back.....made so many cards today catching up on orders, requests and my own cards that I need to send - I'm really chuffed.

 

I also managed a cuddle with a neighbours 6 month old baby.....;)

 

I played a little bit with this card and am quite happy with the outcome....

 

The papers are Nitwits and the Star nesties are Spellbinders

I think the star circle doily thingymajig is Nellie Snellen but I've had it for ages and never used it.....
