I have been practising yoga now for about 3 years and if possible do 4.5 hours a week,
I cannot begin to tell you how much it's changed my life
I absolutely love it and it gives me such a feel-good feeling,
so even when I don't feel like going I always drag myself to there
and by the end of the class I'm so happy I did.
A must for everyone - great for the mind!
and yes you guessed I've based mine on yoga.
If only I looked like this though!!!!
